Anchorball · Visual Language I
Bold colour, exaggerated form, and emotionally expressive characters — drawn from popular culture, myth, and human emotion.
The Language
Luminal Pop draws from popular culture, myth, and human emotion. Recurring characters — Ghost Mawse, Tommy Toucan, Bunni B, Petal Power — inhabit evolving territories, appearing across scales from collectible works to architectural installations. Each iteration builds continuity rather than repetition.

01 — The Characters
Luminal Pop is built around a constellation of recurring characters — Ghost Mawse, Tommy Toucan, Bunni B, Petal Power, Willy, and others. They are not mascots or decorations. Each carries its own emotional logic, inhabiting the universe across scales, materials, and contexts. The same figure appears as a 5cm edition and a 9m civic installation. Identity stays. Everything else adapts.

02 — Scale
The same character. Three different registers. A studio edition for a collector's home. A civic-scale piece for a plaza or hotel entrance. A monumental work that redefines the space around it. Luminal Pop operates across all three without compromise — the work doesn't scale down into a souvenir or up into an abstraction. It stays itself at every size.
Studio
Edition
Gallery installations and private collector works. Edition sizes typically 5–15.
Civic
3m – 9m
Public plazas, hotel entrances, hospitality environments, cultural institutions.
Monumental
10m – 35m
Landmark-scale works. Harbours, development anchors, major activations.
03 — Material
Fabrication is part of the language. High-gloss composite carries colour the way no other material does. Hand-applied paint builds the surface over weeks. Bronze adds permanence and warmth. Mirror stainless holds the space around it. Each finish is chosen for what it does to the character — not for convenience.
04 — In Context
Luminal Pop moves fluidly between gallery white cubes, five-star hotel lobbies, private residences, and open plazas. The characters don't need a pedestal to command a space — they read immediately across every cultural and architectural context.

Visual Language II
The counterpoint to Luminal Pop. Raw steel, bronze, mass. Form as statement — no ornament, no colour, no character. Just the weight of material made permanent.
The Universe
40+ characters. 22 series. Ghost Mawse, Tommy Toucan, Bunni B, Petal Power, Willy, and a constellation of others — each with their own territory and emotional logic.
