Anchorball · Licensing & Collaboration
The Anchorball Universe is an original IP world — 40+ characters, the city of Low Orbit, and a sculptural visual language already installed across four continents.
Anchorball operates as a fully realised creative universe — not a portfolio of individual works, and not a catalogue of objects available to put your logo on. It is a world with its own cities, characters, physics, and emotional register, built across twelve years of sculptural practice and international installation.
Licensing within that world means bringing the Anchorball Universe into contact with yours — in a way that feels earned, specific, and genuinely collaborative. The studio is selective about partners. We are not interested in surface-level co-branding. We are interested in partnerships where the creative chemistry is real and the reach is right.
This is the approach that has led to long-term relationships with some of the world's most respected brands and cultural institutions — and to work that continues to resonate long after the activation has closed.
01 — Brand Activations
Pop-ups, retail environments, hospitality installations, and experiential events. The studio produces the physical work — or supplies fully engineered files for partner fabrication — with the universe providing the creative world around it.
02 — Product & Merchandise
Character artwork, sculptural forms, and Anchorball visual language applied to product at any volume. The studio works with licensing directors, product designers, and creative teams to ensure the IP reads correctly at whatever scale the product demands.
03 — Extended Rights
Territory-specific or worldwide rights to individual characters, the Low Orbit City world, or the broader Anchorball Universe. Publishing, animation, location-based entertainment, and digital extensions handled through bespoke deal structures.
Each character in the Anchorball Universe has a distinct visual identity, emotional register, and narrative backstory rooted in Low Orbit City — the drifting civic organism that is their home. They arrive in physical reality fully formed, not as mascots, but as emissaries from another atmosphere.
That specificity is what makes them licensable. Audiences engage with them as characters, not as branded objects. Partners have found that this depth translates directly into activation energy, media coverage, and lasting audience affinity.
